-The Base Manager shall oversee and coordinate all the work associated with Services provided by the field base. He will interface with Contractor's operations engineer, the well pulling hoist or rig supervisors and the Company Site Representatives in order to ensure safe and smooth operational execution of the Contract.
-Manage Contract execution at field.
-Interface with key parties of the Contract and Company to ensure safe and smooth execution of the field operations.
-Oversee and support the field service engineers and the installation/maintenance crews to ensure proper execution of the services.
-Oversee and support the staff working in the field base in all the activities related to the preparation of the RRP surface and subsurface components prior to be shipped for to the site or the dismantle facilities.
-Lead investigations at both coastal and field location associated with Health and Safety incidents and accidents, and present results to the Contract Holder.
-Lead in any audit of the Contract and Contractor's Facility at Coast or Field.
-Participate in the Monthly Health and Safety Meeting of Company carried out in Field Locations.
-Ensure Field planning of the installation, pull out and commissioning activities.
