ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies and deal requirements
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Manages a business development team with assigned areas and/or clients.
Lead sales & marketing efforts tailored to solutions industry with primary focus on securing contracts in the Oil & Gas sector.
Implement business development activities that would lead to securing Oil and Gas contracts.
Prepare sales proposals, develop & manage Oil and Gas contracts, perform sales activities, and meet corporate objectives.
Track sales metrics and share them with company management.
Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
Assesses client needs and makes recommendations and service packages
Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet these goals
Skills and Qualifications
Experience with Sales and Marketing ( preferably Oil and Gas Industry)
Successful sales targets achievements and strong desire to overachieve goals
Track record of business/account plan development and execution.
Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing

EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
Ten years' experience in business development, marketing, or sales and experience managing employees
Experience in oil and gas industry is preferred
