Job Responsibilities

Perform all on-site activities related to installation and testing of cathodic protection systems
• Initiate and complete daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) and Daily Reports
• Initiate and complete Daily Safety Toolbox Meetings
• Perform troubleshooting
• Suggest and implement solution
• Adhere to all company and customer's processes and procedures
• Ability to lead and direct assigned crew members and sub-contractors
• Build relationships and trust with Internal and External Customers
• Capability to review specifications and drawings to understand job requirements
• Ensure all required materials and equipment are ready prior to starting workCorrosion Technician lead requirements and qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience Field Service Technician Lead or similar role
• Able to work in the field
• Able to travel
• Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Accustomed to using mobile tools and application
• Experienced working with electrical components (wiring, leads, test stations rectifiers etc.)
• Ability to read/interpret drawingsEducation
• High School or GED
• NACE CP2 - Cathodic Protection 2
