Construction Manager – Team Lead: The construction manager provides insights into the construction phase of the project, including quality of work, adherence to specifications and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Construction planning and monitoring (schedule, cost control and compliance of executed works with project technical specifications)
Timeliness and accuracy of construction works execution
Technical quality of project constructability reviews and construction projects plan review
Specialists support visits on site organization
Daily, weekly and monthly construction reports
Close-out report preparation
Work progress certification
Preparation of third-party's authorities site visits and audits
Identification and adoption of correct HSEQ standards according to company standards and local norms and legislation
Managing contractors (including construction work troubleshooting), and suppliers
Managing construction site supervisors.
skills and requirements:
Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry, in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
Minimum 20 years’ experience in Close-Out Audit for a Refinery or Petrochemical Industry
Significant experience in construction, including planning, mechanical, civil and electrical/instrumental activities
Fluent in English. French desired
Excellent management skills
Organisation & planning, problem solving and negotiation skills.
