-Prepare the technical content of fixed-price bids, budgetary bids and studies including clarification to technical tenders.
-Provide technical authority for the system design on projects such that we build in the project what was bid during the tendering phase. The control system engineers will ensure that each of the technical areas of the project communicate appropriately to ensure the timely execution of the project
-Ensure that all changes made in the later stages of a project are properly reviewed and controlled

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Control Systems, Chemical, General Engineering or other relevant engineering
-Minimum of five (5+) years experience in a process industry
-Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated scaffolding and grating platforms
-Driver's license and Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) certification required
-Critical skills include Honeywell DCS configuration on Experion and TDC3000 series equipment, Honeywell HMIWeb graphics development
-General instrumentation and process analyzer (QMI) experience, engineering documentation (P&IDs, loop wiring diagrams), control theory and applications, common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook), general refining process knowledge, and troubleshooting methodology
-Foundation Fieldbus networks, programming in Visual BASIC and other procedural languages, IEC61131 sequential function chart configuration, database technology, TCP/IP networking, Modbus TCP/IP communication, information security preferred
