Job description:
-Implementing a training needs assessment for identifying appropriate training;
-Developing and facilitating technical assistance-related training courses as appropriate;
-Design and develop training program materials and other supporting documentation;
-Conduct technical instructor-led training
-Work with clients to design and implement customized solutions
-Perform Operational Excellence and Training
Assessments/Analysis to determine the best solutions for power industry clients
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in a relevant field required, advanced degree preferred.
-Must have at least ten years of progressively more responsible experience developing and implementing training activities including capacity building and institutional strengthening programs.
-Experience leading training activities in the energy sector required.
-Experience in developing countries is required.

-Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications; working knowledge of SharePoint, Visio, and Project a plus
-Strong presentation and public speaking abilities – demonstrated the ability to both instruct classes and also present effectively to executive leadership
-Strong organizational skills
