Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent  in Engineering or other related fields
Working knowledge of rig operations and computer systems
Proficient at software installation and testing
Performing light assembly work of Haloguard components into a complete operating system
Familiar with cabling and the electrical integration of equipment on drilling rigs
Passionate about organizing and maintaining records for quality assurance
Troubleshoot the Haloguard system to maintain proper operation
Provide training in a classroom environment to new and prospective users

Desired Skills and Expertise:
Certifications to support travel to and from offshore rigs
Technical experience working on drilling rigs
Technical skills related to computer equipment
Skilled in isolating, documenting, and tracking issues systematically
Proficient in communicating with other technicians, software engineers, and management
Basic electrical technician skills a plus (e.g. soldering, wiring, troubleshooting)
Offshore drilling rig experience is beneficial
