-Provide financial services solutions to clients including: Finance Transformation, Cost and Performance Management, Financial Operations, Shared Services; perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management; manage business development activities
-Work closely with internal managers and partners to promptly identify and resolve client problems or issues
Work directly with clients to address their complex financial issues; develop client-focused solutions based on understanding strategy, operations and management in a number of functional areas of corporations and organizations;
-Meet utilization targets for team; manage teams, leading client interactions, assisting with proposals, managing billing, proposal development, opportunity pursuit, client expectation and account management; prepare and/or coordinate complex written presentation materials;
-Perform financial forecasting, financial analysis and risk analysis for Organizations.

Minimum Education and Experience
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-15 years of consulting or advisory experience.
-Professional Membership of ICAN essential
-Experience working in large accounting, professional services, and/or other corporate environments.
-Ability to apply finance and accounting concepts.
-Proven record of simultaneously managing multiple projects and engagement teams for various clients.
-Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
-Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work well with others effectively in teams
