-Leading the Vessel Management Teams to ensure the vessel is operational and complies with all its marine and project requirements.
-Responsible for the crewing level (up/down manning) and crew competency.
-Responsible for Vessel Budget.
-Responsible for coordinating all Nautical & DP related matters.
-Co-operate with the HR department and Crewing department to ensure that all staff under their control are adequately qualified and experienced for the jobs they undertake.
-Lead by example in demonstrating the correct behavior regarding HSE.
-Mentors fellow workers on quality principles and requirements.
Qualification Required
-Preferably qualified Master with command experience.
Experience Required
Experience on DP vessels, preferably with similar DP systems.
Minimum of 10 years experience in a position that involves people management.
