The person should be responsible is to hire subcontractors to complete parts of the project perfectly. The person should be able to prepare estimates and budget for the project. It will be the responsibility to conduct the quality checks for adhering to quality specifications. The person should ensure that safety precautions are employed on the construction site. It will be the responsibility to keep all the records of all stages of the work and updating records.

The person should have a very deep knowledge about the procedures for application of tenders. The person needs to have the ability to follow the instructions and fulfill the work as per the specifications of the client.

The person should be able to do the excellent management and so should have good management skills.
The person needs to be very organized at work.
The person should be able to comprehensively review the work to ensure that all aspects of it are proceeding in the right direction.
The person should have the excellent planning and decision making skills to do the job.
The person should have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide quick solutions to unexpected problems.
