QUALIFICATIONS/ATTAINMENTS:
HND, B.Sc in Engineering or related field of study
Professional Qualification i.e. COREN, MNSE, MNIQS, RQS, PMP.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Min 12 years Mechanical Engineering experience in a Construction Project Environment.
Experience in high rise building essential.
Ability to review and study the design for further improvement whenever necessary.
Plan and analyze all work instructions and hazards and evaluate all project results and maintain safety in the working environment at all times.
Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.
Good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Project management and supervision skills
Ability to monitor and evaluate the work at the job site as a project
