Monitoring & Evaluation/management Information System Services Manager

-A documented evidence showing the individual's competence in design and implementation of successful M & E systems, and must have up to 10 years’ experience in M&E and project management specific to Agriculture, marketing and policies.
-Also, the individual must have experience in Agriculture and rural development projects,  especially in participatory impact assessment projects.
-A master degree or higher-level University degree in Agricultural Economics, Economics, Statistics or other relevant fields.
-Proficient in the use of databases and spreadsheets, statistical and other software packages for both quantitative and qualitative analysis and data management.
