Offshore Drilling Logistics Coordinator

Main responsibility:
Coordination, inspection and further handling of all material and personnel to/from rig offshore.

Be the liaison between client's logistics team onshore, supply base and suppliers' representatives on board.

Coordinate all cargo and personnel to and from rig in accordance with ongoing operation and in cooperation with the logistics team onshore.

Perform correct planning; that equipment is sent at correct time, and ensuring cost effective options are utilised.

Regular contact with the supply base and marine to ensure efficient loading.

Support storekeeper and deck crew regarding which equipment to be sent onshore and when.

Main contact for onshore logistics coordinator.

Main liaison for service personnel on board when planning of personnel move, equipment in and out and other logistics related tasks.

Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum 10 years in an Offshore DMC role (essential)
Previous onshore (supply base) logistics & materials experience (desirable)
Wels or SAP knowledge
Excellent knowledge in drilling logistics
Dangerous Goods Air & Sea (essential)
Offshore medical & survival training
