Duties & Responsibilities
You are expected to be able to perform the following:
Conduct comprehensive petrophysical studies and analyses by integrating logging tool responses, rock, fluid and production data for formation evaluation and reservoir surveillance.
Design and oversee core and fluid studies to enhance petrophysical models.
Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
Evaluate new logging tools and data acquisition and analysis procedures in terms of cost and technology.
Participate in technical societies and technical groups.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor degree in petroleum engineering, geology, geophysics, or physics.
A Master's degree or PhD is desirable, but not required.
A minimum of 12 years related experience including at least 10 years in Petrophysics.
You must have extensive experience in:
open hole data acquisition
Coring data acquisition
Analysis & quality control
Integrating core data for calibration & 3D modelling
Cased hole data acquisition
Well integrity
Modelling for well placement
SIGMA & CO log data
