Qualifications
B.Sc. in Engineering (Proc. Eng.)
B.A degree (Buyer).
4 year's procurement experience.
Computer literate.
Good standard of written and spoken English.
Communication skills
Commercial awareness.

Prepares bidders list.
Receives vendor's bids. 
Refers technical clarifications to the bidder.
Clarifies commercial exceptions.
Prepares commercial evaluations
Prepares bid tabulation.
Prepares all standard documentation.
Initiates insurance cover.
Reviews Purchase Orders.
Attends meetings.
