Job Description

Procurement Manager – Team Lead: The procurement manager reviews the procurement process, vendor contracts, and supply chain management to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Conduct strategic sourcing activities to identify and qualify potential suppliers.
 Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or issues that may arise.
Review and compare supplier proposals to determine the most cost-effective solutions.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis for different procurement options.
Address performance issues and implement improvement plans when necessary.
 Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement documentation.
Collaborate with project management, engineering, and other departments to understand project requirements and timelines.
Provide procurement expertise to support project planning and execution.
·Review Market Trends, Mitigating Risks, And Implementing Sustainable Logistics Practices with A Strong Commitment to Quality and Compliance, poised to Drive Transformative Results within Dynamic Supply Chain Environments.
 Reviewing Contract requirement with respect to the project.
 Reviewing of Enquiry (RFQ) /Tender documents, budgetary quotation in line with contract Standards
Implement Procurement policies and procedures.
· Ensure adherence to Company's approved supplier agreements and contracts.
·Ensure trade compliance.
 Monitor sourcing projects to assure on-time completion and guaranteed supply for all portfolios.
Set performance objectives for assigned supply base (quality improvement, on-time delivery, lead-time reduction, cost reduction) and ensure suppliers deliver on these objectives through detailed supplier management development plans.
·         Prepare and lead periodic supplier performance management reviews, using scorecards with main performance indicators
·         Review and consolidates internal demand and arbitrate priorities.
·         Ensure that all managed suppliers have appropriate executed contracts in place, are monitored and that full value extraction is delivered.
·         Review and resolve system record discrepancies, invoice and supplier nonconformance.
·         Lead and develop Procurement workforce
 
Qualifications:
·         Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 20 years’ experience in Close-Out Audit for a Refinery or Petrochemical Industry with a Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist
·         In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
·         Strong negotiation and communication skills.
·         Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
·         Basic ability requirements: Proficiency in operating all kinds of conventional office software; good communication and negotiation skills and execution skills; hard work, teamwork spirit, can work overtime at any time, and obey Company's or Client's arrangements.
 
Preferred Skills:
 
·         Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
·         Experience with procurement software and tools.
Knowledge of market trends and supplier capabilities in the Oil & Gas industry
