-Collation and in-depth verification of data from various business reporting systems and from Operational Managers in the field
-Generation of management reports to support data validation -Generate new ideas and support new initiatives
-To verify and interrogate comprehensive data to recommend effective improvements for the business
-Assist the Business Support Manager in the development of all Support projects and business initiatives
-Fully support business change, driving it through with data management control
-Produce and analyze trend and management information
-Responsibility of the service contracts, including liaison between operational teams and contractors, troubleshooting and problem solving, production of management information and control of service
-Identify and rectify data issues within the management system
-Be the key contact for Management for all Support project information to ensure the achievement of the set goals within the agreed timescales
-Proactively assist the Business Support Manager in all-new technical project data gathering and verification
-Proactively seek ways of improving data within the Management System
-To identify key areas for development
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in IT related discipline
-Minimum of 5 years cognate experience
-Ability to use SMART planning to ensure projects are completed within agreed timescales and to budget
-Excellent IT Skills
-Logical approach to Problem Solving Ability to interpret and understand data, and the importance of validation
-An aptitude for data analysis, demonstrating the skills to drive improvement through interrogation and suggested process improvements
-Ability to quickly learn new software and business systems

·Experience in use of reporting tools like Microstrategy or business objects
