Job Description


Role and Responsibilities
 
Provide HSSE leadership and awareness by ensuring that all Company requirements are implemented and followed
Conduct periodic site HSSE visits, reviews and audits
Ensure quality assurance system compliance and conduct periodic reviews
Ensure the Agreement is managed and delivered to KNPC technical, commercial and project delivery satisfaction
Create and sustain a good team spirit within the Company project team 
Lead the development and review of Project Management Plans
Coordinate the execution of Work Orders and services
Ensure milestone completion certificates are issued by Company and approved in a timely manner
Ensure Work Order Deviation Notices are issued by the Company and approved in a timely manner
Lead and minute weekly Work Order review meetings
Draft and review Work Order correspondence
Coordinate technical interfaces between assigned Work Orders
Continually improve project delivery processes and practices
Implement and coordinate lessons learned sessions and build into future Work Orders
Deputize for the Projects Manager during periods of absence as approved 
Prepare monthly Company project progress reports and presentations
Participate in key reviews, meetings and presentations as required

Skills / Qualifications
Minimum BSc Engineering
Minimum 8 years post graduate experience
Minimum 4 years' experience in similar role in refining and petrochemical industries
Minimum 3 years' experience with as a Project coordinator/ Project Engineer
Proven track record of managing multi-projects in general and Design, Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management functions
Business management and organisational skills
People management skills and ability to build and maintain a performing team
Safety leadership, knowledge and awareness of Company policy and best practice
