JOB DESCRIPTION

Performs a variety of Quality Control duties of QC inspection activities in the field and shop in compliance with the standard operating procedure.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of equipment.

Perform routine tests such as testing, visual examinations, dimensional inspections, non-destructive testing, etc.

Inspect wellhead equipment such as valve components, housing, spools, flanges, commercial items, etc.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and inspection procedures.

Complete inspection reports.

Create nonconformance reports (NCR's) 

Must understand and comply with all safety rules and comply policies 

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
 Bachelor's degree / Equivalent in Engineering or other related   fields
Minimum of one (1) year performing inspections or machining experience
2+ years' experience as a Quality Control Inspector
