Quantity Surveyor Technical Assistant

We seek to employ the services of a suitable candidate for this position
 
The Quantity Surveyor Technical Assistant who is involved in Multistory Building (above 15 floors) construction (Residential and Offices) must possess the following attributes:
 
Qualification & Experience:
 
·  Engineering Degree,  HND/BSC in Quantity Surveying
·  Possession of Professional certificate will be an added advantages
·  Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in HIghrise Building
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
 
The applicant must have proficiency in the following areas:-
 
Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Management of variations & Correspondence
Preparation of interim valuations, final account, etc
The applicants must possess good knowledge/skills in costing and Estimation
The applicants must possess good skill in the operation of Quantity Surveying software
The applicants must have a high degree of accuracy and speed in the measurement of Building and Civil Engineering work
Liaise with the Contractors, construction professionals, such as Site Managers, project manager, and site engineers
Excellent assessment, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communications skills
