-Manage and oversee subcontract administration for reimbursable subcontracts;
-Provide ongoing contract administration support to the Contract Manager Site, Construction Package Managers and Project Manager Construction and his delegates;
-Propose on-going contractual and commercial solutions for construction issues, such as dispute prevention methodologies, negotiation strategies, and realignment initiatives;
-Attend weekly progress, coordination and commercial meetings for each assigned subcontract and feedback pertinent issues to the Contracts Manager Site;
-Assist with compiling and responding to Project correspondence/letters, Work Instructions, Change Order Requests, Change Orders, Claims and the like;
-Analyses the pricing/schedule impact of Work Instructions, Change Order Requests and Claims;
-Prepare recommendation/synopsis papers for Contracts Manager Site;
-Upkeep relevant Contracts Management systems;
-Support cost and schedule forecasting and re-baseline activities.
