Senior Project Manager

-Overall responsibility for the delivery of all Projects in accordance with the contractual arrangements and the financial outcome to achieve the required financial objectives

-Review and endorsement of all Project Summary Reports (PSR) and monitor all actions in respect of the Risk Register and project contingencies

-On-going and active liaison with Project Managers to identify and resolve issues and safeguard the interests of the Project

-Manage and coordinate all resources required to estimate, plan, monitor and report progress for all projects

-Implement the organizational strategy to achieve maximum efficiency.

-Overall responsibility for delivery assurance through the implementation of the procedures during the execution of projects
