-Responsible for the administration, development, support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service environments.
-This resource will be responsible to architect, lead, manage and perform Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service implementation projects for CAPS.
-The resource will assist the Project Manager to ensure a successful solution is delivered on-time and on-budget.
Responsibilities:
-Work with the business users and partner project teams to define functional requirements and document solution design
Configure the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service Environments as needed
-Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to the development team and test
completed solutions.
-Analyze CAPS business requirements for CRM and Field Service, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional
solutions
-Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements document and functional design document
-Perform functional testing of the implemented CRM and Field Service System
-Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics CRM and Field Service issues
-Manage and maintain all technical aspects of the CRM and Field Service; user access, break-fixes, upgrades/
enhancements, etc..
-Provide guidance for system changes and enhancements
-Coordinate with Business and Change Review Board to develop system enhancements/functionality
-Monitor and maintain CRM and Field Service integrations including technical troubleshooting of APIs and source/target
integration points
-Review software upgrades and patching and complete deployment testing
-Install applications and configure environments for use in development, testing, and production
-Maintain support documentation and end-user facing manuals
Requirements
-6plus years experience directly managing software implementation projects; PMP certification is a plus
-6plus years of experience with marketing, sales, and customer service operations and strategies
-6plus years of experience in business analysis, implementation, or product support in CRM and Field Service systems
-Microsoft CRM Integration Tools experience a plus
-Microsoft Technical Certifications
-Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, work well in
teams, and instill customer confidence
-Proficient in CRM Sales, Field Service, Project Service Automation functions
-Extremely good understanding of Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM product (entities, workflows, and configuration)
-Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills
-Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis, and functional support
-Knowledge and use of JavaScript, C#, .Net, SQL Server Integration Services
-CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit
-CRM and Field Service forms, screens, views, workflows, and reports development
-Experience in business systems such as ERPs a plus
-Experience in Oil and Gas and/or manufacturing industry a plus
