-Provide support and consulting in general requests, configuration (L3 support) and projects.
Engage with business representatives, gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
-Collaborate with Global team, business partners and other IT groups in the organization.
Maintain, implement, configure, secure, customize or develop solutions as required.
-Ensure performance and conduct complex troubleshooting.
Coordinate production deployment activities.
Ensure company policy and IP controls.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for both internal team use and Chevron-wide knowledge-sharing purposes.
Participate in the execution of Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management Problem Management (RCA) Processes.
Requirements:
-10-12 years of experience in supporting SharePoint technology.
-Bachelor in Information Technology and related discipline
Very good verbal and written English proficiency.
-Good ITSM processes understanding (Incident & Change Management)
-Experience supporting enterprise mission-critical applications.
Experience coordinating & participating in project activities within IT groups.
-Previous experience with SharePoint as site owner /site collection admin.
Experience on Installations, upgrades and migrations projects on windows server application platforms.
Powershell scripting (or similar scripting language)
