Sr. Financial Analyst

The Sr. Financial Analyst will lead the month-end reporting process and develop key financial analysis to be used throughout the Corrosion Protection (CP) Platform. This individual will drive standardization in reporting and help develop our management reporting tools and processes. This individual will also develop key strategic analyses to aid in decision making.
-Lead the month-end reporting cycle for the CP Platform, including operating review presentations and financial analysis
-Drive the standardization and automation of reporting information through the development and implementation of system tools and resources
-Maintain the operational reporting dashboards to present to platform leadership
-Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes, enhance systems, and drive greater alignment and consistency in forecasting and reporting throughout the organization.
-Enhance financial modeling, analysis and decision support for key initiatives/decisions.
-Collaborate with Accounting on the monthly close process including the comparison of actual results to those forecasted/planned.
-Develop a strong understanding of the Company's business, including its risks and opportunities in its competitive environment.
-Support or lead other ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
 
Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
-Professional membership of Chartered Institute of Accountant of Nigeria a must.
-10-12 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in Accounting/Finance
-Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
-Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
-Strong attention to detail
