Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for multiple PLM systems working in collaboration with the application owners and the DEV/OPS team, keep the system running at optimal performances, coordinate software deployment process preventing and quickly react to system failures.
Coordinate contractors and will interact with other BHEG parties to solve infrastructure related issue and deploy new infrastructure components.
Manage the team of sysadmins and code librarian with the intent of supporting a performing Teamcenter PLM production/non-production environment. 
Mostly work on PLM operations/support, anyhow it will be requested the analysis, design of HW solutions and road maps. Participate in the Infrastructure architecture governance model, supporting the development of software, data, and technology. Contribute to the designs and deployment of infrastructure solutions meeting standardization, consolidation, security, regulatory compliance for different businesses.
 Participate in the approval process of every change assessing infrastructural impact. Tasks (part of the person and his/her team responsibilities): •Manage the global team of system administrators supporting the application •Act infra incidents, supporting P1 incident up to closure •Sustain infrastructure, applying preventive actions •Monitor and improve system performance •Monitor interface & service availability •Agree/define deploy schedule •Deployment guide creation or update •Approve move to production of infra-related projects •Run script on the systems when needed •Be part of the incident closure flow when the same is reverted from L2 end-user support •Open IR to Siemens and follow up to closure

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in Engineering or other related fields
4+ Years of relevant experience
•Generic knowledge of System infrastructure 
•Be able to understand and know how to interact with system infrastructure including, databases, file application server, storages
•Provide support guidance for the resolution of HW and SW related issues, being able to troubleshoot 
•Know the Oracle Database system architecture so that the company team can be guided to the solution of possible performance issues 
•Knowledge about backup systems solutions and restore practices 
•Assist in integrating new applications and technologies into the current system 
•SOA and Jboss application servers 
•Middleware such as web methods 
•Oracle of PL-SQL and SQL 
•Java and C++

Specific knowledge of Teamcenter version 11 or above System infrastructure 
•Deep knowledge TC infrastructure, server and client components, including but not limited to 
•Good knowledge the Teamcenter PLM BMIDE and TC code deployment practice 
•TC Pool manager servers configuration 
•FMS system configuration 
•TC Dispatcher client configuration and management 
•Teamcenter SOA architecture 
•TC AWC client configuration and deployment practices 
•TC EWI module specific configuration. .
