Our ideal team member is a driven, detail-oriented analyst capable of creative problem-solving and working across multiple teams. Support climate mitigation, adaptation, clean energy, resilience, and/or emergency preparedness efforts of government, private sector, and non-profit clients
Conduct research, interviews, and analyses focused on technical, policy, and/or financial implications of climate sustainability, resilience, and preparedness policies
Support stakeholder outreach, coordination, and communication; support the development and conduct of multiple types of events, including stakeholder workshops, crisis simulations and exercises, training seminars, and large-scale client meetings; support research, administration, and logistics for events
Collect data and information to prepare reports, assessments, and analytical materials
Use qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to draw conclusions from data, potentially including quantitative analysis and visualization of large and varied datasets
Work with clients to perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, organizing meetings, and taking notes
Write, edit, and proofread documents or sections of documents, such as technical reports
Occasional domestic travel may be required
Qualifications: Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Msc degree from an accredited university in a related field with 5-7years related experience
Excellent analytic, communication (oral and written), research, and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to self-edit and quality-check all work

Ability to manage tasks and deadlines across multiple projects
Proficiency in relevant software programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Desired Qualifications:
