Systems/support Analyst

-Provide new functionality support to the business users
-Perform triage of user questions and issues; Resolve issues with the support of the solution developers and business subject matter experts
-Provide business solution support for new functionality
-Execute integrated testing of new functionality; ensure tests cover all requirements
-Develop detailed process maps and business process procedure documentation
-Data capture support for business users
-Understand business processes and interpret them to enable the development of detailed user requirements, user stories, test scenarios, and test cases
-Support Business Process Reengineering capture of time and motion metrics
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in computer science, electrical engineer or related discipline
-5 or more years supporting technology solutions (i.e. hands-on experience)
-Experience in data analytics and data manipulation using Excel or other tools
-Experience developing process maps in Visio
-Strong documentation and communication skills,
Innovative and thinks out of the box
-Financial process background/education and/or experience
