-Coordinates and works with global support teams in a real-time trading organization
Provides support for applications related to trading and market data
-Supports the turret trading communication system
-Supports various communication recording systems
Coordinate, escalate and liaise with the Information Technology Company (ITC)
-Participate in compliance activities such as evergreen tasks and audits
-Update and author documentation
Required Qualifications:
-Minimum 6 years of experience in Information Technology
-Self-motivated and functions with minimal direction
-Ability to work with people/teams in a remote working environment
-Strong technical support background
-Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
-Experience using Remedy Incident Management module
-Proficiency with Windows Administration
