Job Description
Ensure all day to day operations at the terminal are carried out according to procedures and compliance with the Health, Safety, Security & Environment - Control Framework requirements.
Manage terminal assets as per the Asset Management System guidelines.
Management of dispatches, receipt and storage products.
Ensuring product quality in a safe, efficient, cost-effective and customer-focused manner to meet marketing requirements.
A sharp focus on reduction of storage and handling cost by maximizing storage tank utilization, spill prevention, ensuring product quality and demonstrating leadership.
Able to demonstrate effective skills in managing relations with external and internal stake
Ensure day to day safe operations at the terminal in line with Terminal Operations Manual guideline
Manage Loss-Gain Performance and contribute to cost-cutting for the distribution network
Compliance of stock management procedure and review of control reports on a regular basis
Support increased motor gasoline demand with existing infrastructure and resources
Ensure compliance of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority and other industry legal requirements and implementation standards
Check for appropriately licensed and maintain drivers and transport facilities according to Health, Safety, Security & Environment - Control Framework policies/guidelines
Support monitoring of additive operation and stock levels at depots and inform parties accordingly to prevent additive stock-outs
Ensure security of personnel working with assets and operations
Responsible for upkeep of assets including critical equipment as per guidelines
Responsible for product deliveries through Tank Lorries
Analysis of loss-gains trends and verification of root cause
Ensure accuracy in transactions made through data management systems
Record load figures from Shell depots and third-party depots and refineries into a data management system
Verify and record the correct quantity of hydrocarbons leaving the Terminal, ensuring accurate loss control and duty recording compliance.
Confirm that loadings are entered correctly into the system and resolve any problems associated in this area
Operation of application software systems, such as GSAP
