Topside And Pre Com Engineer Lead

-Manages the efficient design and all technical aspects of the design of the complete Topsides facilities for a TLP or production Semisubmersible.

-Develops (or manages the development of) and then manages the execution of the Engineering work scope, budget, and schedule for the design of the Topsides.

-Reports progress to schedule and budget that is related to the Topsides Engineering and design scope of work to the Project Manager.

-Interfaces with the Hull Engineering Manager in coordination to achieve an efficient design of the completed and integrated offshore unit.

-Interfaces with Procurement to assist in the management of the technical aspects of the Topsides procurement packages and processes.

-Prepares Work Orders for subcontractors that are involved in the Topsides Engineering design.
    
-Extremely aware of and practices the principles of Health and Safety rules.
