QA/QC ensures that supply of Materials and Equipments conform to specified quality & required specifications as per national / international standard
We ensure the following are achieved:
- Review and Approval of manufacturing procedures. (Review and Approval of WPS, PQR, WPQ, ITP/QAP, Fabrication, NDT, Heat treatment, Hydro test, FAT procedures etc).
- Inspection of Major materials at Mill and Review of MTCs, Inspection of major equipments / systems for factory acceptance as per approved FAT procedure and review of internal test reports.
- Stage wise Inspection / Witness during various stages of fabrication of Structures, Pressure vessels, Critical Equipments, Piping, Cranes etc. at vendor shop.
- Witness and Review of various NDT.
- Witness during Erection, Installation and Commissioning Stages.
- Review of Inspection reports & Test results to verify the work has been carried out in compliance with specifications, codes and standards
- Issue of Inspection Certificate/Release Note after completion of all the work satisfactorily in compliance with specifications, codes, standards etc.
