Attended Leeds Beckett University, Leeds in United Kingdom for his LLB, Law in 2015, Lagos State University (LASU), for his master’s degree (MBA), Financial Management in 2008, Higher National Diploma and Ordinary National Diploma in Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, Kwara State and Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos respectively.

Mikhail is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Mikhail has been involved in Audit of Receipts and Remittances for the Federal Inland Revenue Service in Zenith Bank Plc, Citi Bank Limited, First Bank Plc, Fidelity Bank Plc, Keystone Bank Limited, Skye Bank (Mainstreet) Plc etc. He was also a Lead Consultant to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to carry out review of about (8) eight Micro Finance Banks.
