He is a graduate of University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He was trained and qualified with the firm of Coopers & Lybrand in 1985 as a Chartered Accountant. He further attended an Executive Leadership Program in Harvard Business School, United States of America. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Robert is also a founding member of INPACT, an international network of accounting firms with headquarters in the United Kingdom, United States of America, and Hong Kong. He started his professional practice; Robert Ade-Odiachi & Co. in 1987, which later merged with other three audit firms in 2005 to form SIAO Partners, Nigeria’s leading Audit, Taxation, and Advisory firm. He was the founding managing partner of SIAO Partners from 2005 until 2012. Presently he is the Chairman; Board of Partners, SIAO.

He has over 3 decades professional consultancy experience in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Financial Advisory Services, Project Monitoring, Evaluation, Capital Assets Valuation, Mergers & Acquisition, Privatization among others to Banks, Oil & Gas, Power, Energy, Construction, Manufacturing, Multilateral Organizations, Ministries, Departments & Agencies, and Service Companies.

Robert has been involved in numerous international and national workshops, conferences, seminars, etc, which has broadened his knowledge and exposure in ensuring excellence service deliveries in national and international projects.
